Receptionist/Patient Services Coordinator (Full-time)
Champion Naturopathic Health is seeking a full-time receptionist/patient service coordinator for our holistic health care team. At CNH we provide personalized and holistic natural medicine to individuals. As a patient service coordinator you are responsible for providing excellent customer service with high-level quality care to our patients as well as providing a warm, welcoming environment for patients and their families. This position requires excellent communication skills, as the service coordinator you are the liaison between our patients and our doctors.

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors
- Answer all incoming telephone calls in a courteous, professional, and timely manner
- Schedule patient appointments
- Serve as an information resource and perform a variety of administrative duties as assigned
- Managing inventory and stocking of supplements/natural medicines
- Ability to multi-task: triage phone calls, check in/check out patients and relay other patient questions/messages to the doctors
- Managing and stocking of laboratory test kits
- Fill out laboratory requisitions
- Ensuring patients complete required new patient paperwork
- Maintaining/filing/organizing of patient records
- Light cleaning and general tidying up
Qualifications:
- Passion and interest for natural medicine and holistic health
- Prior customer service/receptionist experience is a plus
- Detailed Oriented – this is not a position for someone that cannot grasp the details
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, & organizational skills
- Enjoy a small office work environment
- Working knowledge of Mac computer/products
- Open-minded, mature, and professional demeanor and appearance
- Ability to work well with others and be part of the team
Hours and Compensation:
- Approximately 35-40 hours per week, on average, after training period
- Compensation dependent on qualifications and prior experience
- $19-$25/hour (with increases based upon performance and growth)
- 401(k) with company match
- PTO
